that target consumers. PFCU will never send a member an e-mail or regular mail asking
for confidential information nor will we make a telephone call asking for
confidential information unless we are reponding to some action you have initiated
with us (e.g. you recently applied for a loan and are awaiting a decision).
This includes your account number(s) with us, your social security number or other
confidential information. We already have that information.
